Wenn Sie das Formular nutzen, verarbeiten wir die von Ihnen eingegebenen Daten, insbesondere Betrieb, Ansprechpartner, E-Mail-Adresse, optional Telefonnummer, Betriebsart, Ort/Region und Angaben zu freien Kapazitaeten.
Zweck der Verarbeitung ist die Bearbeitung Ihrer Anfrage und die Kontaktaufnahme im Zusammenhang mit einem moeglichen Partnerinteresse. Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO, soweit die Anfrage vorvertragliche Schritte betrifft, und Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO fuer unser berechtigtes Interesse an der Bearbeitung von Anfragen.

5. Hosting und technische Daten
Die Website wird ueber Vercel bereitgestellt. Beim Aufruf der Website koennen technisch notwendige Daten wie IP-Adresse, Datum und Uhrzeit des Zugriffs, Browserinformationen und angeforderte Dateien verarbeitet werden. Diese Verarbeitung dient der sicheren und stabilen Bereitstellung der Website.
Die Domain wird ueber Cloudflare DNS verwaltet. Dabei koennen technische DNS-Anfragen verarbeitet werden.
6. Cookies und lokale Speicherung
Die Website verwendet derzeit keine Tracking-Cookies und keine Analysewerkzeuge. Die ausgewaehlte Sprache kann im Browser lokal gespeichert werden, damit die Seite beim naechsten Besuch in der gewaehlten Sprache angezeigt wird. Diese Information wird nicht fuer Tracking verwendet.
7. Speicherdauer
Anfragen werden nur so lange gespeichert, wie es fuer die Bearbeitung und Nachverfolgung erforderlich ist. Sofern keine weitere Zusammenarbeit entsteht, werden Anfragen regelmaessig geloescht, spaetestens jedoch nach angemessener Pruefung des Partnerinteresses, soweit keine gesetzlichen Aufbewahrungspflichten bestehen.

When you use the form, we process the data you enter, in particular business name, contact person, email address, optional phone number, business type, place/region and information about available capacity.
The purpose of processing is to handle your inquiry and contact you regarding possible partner interest. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the inquiry concerns pre-contractual steps and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for our legitimate interest in handling inquiries.
